It is being predicted that during the next several months we are very likely to see steady national economic growth; it may not be a miracle but housing will definitely go on the rebound.

In February home sales were nowhere near as bad as expected, even despite weather conditions that might have contributed to reduced number of sales.

In addition, median home prices continue to rise. This rising value trend will soon be hitting many more parts of the country. In the next 12 months it is predicted that home prices will rise as much as, 4.5% (including distressed properties).

There are definitely signs of improvement that can be concretely proven.
