Exciting News for Homebuyers

Florida was ranked as offering homeowners the best opportunity to negotiate their home price. While this may not seem like good news for builders such as myself; for the economy it is great news. This is enough reason for homebuyers not to "wait and see" and simply go out house shopping. 

This has to get our economy rolling again; the word has to get out to homebuyers that Florida home prices are negotiated on an average of 10% off the list price. That's a good reason to get in the market and start looking for a home before things change. 

July was the 6th straight month to show an improvement in home value trends; my advice is, if your looking for a deal buy now.
