Rooms for some places part 1

Not all room types are suitable for all places. Climate is the biggest limiting factor,here in Finland good insulation is a must. Of course other things like societal norms and cultural traditions play their part too. This example looks really nice and is functional, but because it needs reasonably warm land under the house, is something one cannot install in a Finnish house.
