Even though Florida is slow in moving to recovery, the fact is, it is still en route to recovery. Florida residents are beginning to feel more positive about their finances and the short-term future of the economy.

Florida will catch up of that there is no doubt. We just have to get our confidence levels up even higher and restore our faith in the housing market.
