Inventory of available homes is shrinking…

Available condos and homes for sale are at the lowest they have been in two years. People may not be buying as much but there are even less building new homes. At the present time, there are very few opportunities to purchase new ready-now homes.

The predictions are that there are only 7 months of inventory available. This is good news because a decrease in supply means that there is a steady growth in demand in South Florida’s real estate market.

We have definitely seen this change first hand; currently we only have two ready now homes available for sale as we sold out of all out other inventory.
