Positive Outlook for Florida's Future

The future looks good for Florida; according to David Denslow Florida is scheduled to undergo an economic recovery very soon. We hope that the salvation for us will be the baby boomers’ retirement.

We should catch sight of this growth fairly soon and it is expected to continue for approximately 15 years. That is definitely positive news for all of us who have experienced the slowdown in the housing market first hand.

Hopefully baby boomers will be able to sell their homes and move down here quickly. I am excited about a possible influx of people moving to Florida.
