Home Sales Up Month-Over-Month

According to RE/MAX National housing report released today, sales rose by 13.2 percent in December as compared to November. In addition, the inventory of homes for sale dropped 8.8 percent from November to December.
The report proved that sales are growing and that prices appear to be stabilizing. These positive trends should continue particularly during the strong home buying months in the spring and summer.
