The excitement over Equus is spreading quickly with the launch of GL Homes new homes. Sales are increasing at unprecedented rates. According to GL Homes they have sold 13 homes at Equus in this week. That is great news!

We were mentioned last week by the Palm Beach Post as one of the original builders in Equus and it was also mentioned that we were still active. It was nice to get some positive press in regards to the Equus community.
According to the article GL Homes plans a "rebirth" of the community.

According to the news it is time to move on and let go of property (at prices that clients are willing to pay). Real estate, developers and builders need to get realistic about prices and no longer expect the profits turned years ago. Aren't we already doing that?
We actually just got our last inventory home at Equus under contract of the 30 unsold inventory homes we began with. We are now working on introducing a new product to the market.
We had to work hard and we had to negotiate on many prices; but we did what we had to do. Now the market seems to be turning so we are looking forward to that.
