Housing market too good to be true

There are a lot of seemingly great deals in the housing market for those looking to buy a home. We constantly see people enter the market very enthusiastically and become disappointed to discover the true status.

Buyers who have recently entered the housing market with the hopes of buying a home,  discover that quality homes and truly good values are scarce. The deals available are typically for poor quality homes.

Buyers are no longer surrounded by low hanging fruit; the good stuff is gone. At this point in time, if it seems too good to be true, it more than likely is.
