Housing Shortages in 2011?

While the focus in the US real-estate market has been foreclosures not many have bothered to ask when builders are going to start building new homes. As it stands, Landmark Custom Homes has the only ready-now new custom home in Parkland Golf Club. As builders, we are down to just one new home in South Florida, understandably 2011 will be a year for new construction.

The next question, will there be enough homes to accommodate population growth and international investment? It seems we are going to experience some shortages while builders work hard to build new homes in the hopes of satisfying demand.

Anyone looking for a new home MUST act now or they'll have to wait in a line of those demanding new homes.
