Everyone has an opinion as to when the housing market will recover but I think it is closer than many believe. We have definitely seen positive movement even in the residential market.

According to the Commerce Department it will be 8.5 months before all the pre-owned homes on the market are sold: a little hard to believe it would take this long. We’ve seen a lot of new momentum pushing forward and it seems this trend will continue.
